Templates changes in Admin Panel but not Main site?

Has anyone had the problem where the template changes in the Admin Panel but not the Main site? My site is reading the main pages(Index, Features, Submit, Video pages, etc...) as the "Photine" template but the Admin Panel is reading as my custom template?

I tried fixing it directly in the MySql by editing the table "config>template" but that did not work.

This is the second time this has happen and the first time I fixed it by just reinstalling PHP Director and using a clean DB.

Got any ideas?

Did you clear your cache and do a hard refresh?

Yes, I cleared my cache(I use FireFox) and I checked in Opera, Google chrome, Safari, and IE8 just to make sure. I also asked someone on a totally different internet connection to checked and they said nothing changed.
