Enable a "Back-up Database" Feature in Admin Panel

What a good feature for V1.0 would be a "Back-up" feature in the Admin Panel

This is why...

Well was backing up my site(Files..) and when it came to the MySql part I went into my CMS and just clicked "Back-up" but when it came to PHP Director I needed to go to my CPanel> PHPMyAdmin> find the DB> select the files to back-up and then finally I got able to back-up the files.

Just think it would speed things up and make it easier on newbies how don't know a thing about PHPMyAdmin and are afraid of screwing something up in the Panel.
