The new 0.22 files

I noticed in the process.dailymotion.inc.php file, there is a query to check an exisiting video.
This code is already in the submit.php at line 70

Also, there is reference to $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] as variable $ip
I'm a bit confused now.
