How to install php director ?

hi everyone ,

ı m use now php fusion on my website.  i wanna use with php director like this http:// phpfusion.com/ phpdirector .

home page php fusion link php director. ı create new database ,new user  change config.php chmod to 777 but i have this message "Cannot write to file please set permissions to 777" . why any one can help me ?

go into your websites file manager and set the file permission of all phpdirector to 777
