video already exist

I submit a video from megavideo and then i deleted. now when i try again i'm getting video already exist, i check everywhere - in the admin and the database - but can't find it.
any suggestions

I could be wrong but 30 is only coded for youtube, dailymotion or google video

and if you try to submit a megavideo video then you will get video already exist
